What to Expect

Your first session begins with understanding your world — what your day to day life looks like, what brought you to therapy right now, and what your life would feel like if you were functioning at your most optimal level.

From there Ashley works with you to identify your core beliefs, uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and begin the process of understanding which of those beliefs actually belong to you — and which ones you inherited and never chose.

Treatment is strengths based. Ashley helps you uncover capabilities you did not know you had. Every session is intentional, personalized, and built to create real lasting change.
 

Sessions are 50 minutes. Ashley works with clients via telehealth across North Carolina and in person in Raleigh.


Modalities Used

Ashley draws from ART, IFS, CBT, and DBT depending on your specific needs and goals. No two treatment plans look the same.
